7. Customer Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for maintaining their router, wiring, and internal network.

8. Plan Changes
   Cignalex reserves the right to modify plans, pricing, or policies at any time.

9. Installation & Equipment
   Any equipment provided remains property of Cignalex unless stated otherwise.

10. Termination
    Cignalex reserves the right to terminate services in case of misuse or policy violation.

11. Jurisdiction
    All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Siliguri, West Bengal.
