No Refund Policy
All payments made towards internet plans are non-refundable once the service is activated. -
Service Activation
Refund requests will not be entertained after successful activation and usage of the service. -
Installation Charges
Installation and device charges (if any) are non-refundable. -
Technical Issues
In case of any service disruption or technical issues, our team will make best efforts to resolve the issue at the earliest. No monetary refund shall be provided for temporary downtime. -
Duplicate Payment / Excess Payment
Any excess or duplicate payment made by the customer will be adjusted in future billing cycles or refunded after verification. -
Disconnection Requests
No refunds will be issued for unused validity if the customer chooses to discontinue the service. -
Processing Time
Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
